Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:*** to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to comprehensively enhance the social and urban appearance and environmental prevention and control capabilities in the Expo area of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district. The main contents include assisting in the management of key areas within the Expo zone of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district, assisting in the management of construction sites, providing service guarantees for large-scale events, daily management and placement of shared bikes, governance of disorderly street vending, various special rectification campaigns, night duty and standby patrols, assisting in the management of residential communities, assisting in the daily management of the urban appearance and environment of public places, and other tasks assigned by higher authorities. 二、申請人的資格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China";

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：***，評審時中小企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價格扣除優(yōu)惠；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
